Sensitization Programme for
Reintroduction of Cheetah In India
ENVIS Resource Partner on Biodiversity (Flora), Botanical Survey of India, Howrah organised sensitization programme for reintroduction of cheetahs in India which were released by Hon’ble Prime Minister in Kuno-Palpur forest at Madhya Pradesh on 17.09.2022. Total 1002 students of Class V–XII and 40 teachers of 10 (Ten) different schools of Howrah and North 24-Parganas were participated in the campaign session on ‘Reintroduction of Cheetah in India’ conducted by ENVIS Resource Partner on Biodiversity (Flora), Botanical Survey of India, Howrah in offline mode on 13.09.2022 to 16.09.2022.
