‘SWACHH BHARAT’
Intensive Cleanliness work has been undertaken in Botanical Survey of India Offices located at Kolkata / Howrah starting from 25th September, 2014.
On 2nd October, 2014, ‘Swachhta Shapath’ (Cleanliness pledge) was taken at Kiosk Building in Hindi and at Central National Herbarium in English. Cleaning work was undertaken in and around the CNH Building, Main Gate of AJC Bose Indian Botanic Garden, Howrah and also at BSI Land situated at 191, Andul Road & 77 D.S. Lane, Howrah. Director, BSI, Scientists and other staff-members of BSI participated in the cleanliness drive.
